We set her up with you
The hard part is the first time. Modelling a boat properly — every system, every certificate, every interval — is work, and it is work we do with you rather than hand you.
Call
We talk through what is aboard, explain how the set up runs, and agree which documents you will share with us.
Coverage
We survey the equipment aboard and agree what is in scope. That scope is the anchor everything else is measured against, and it is what makes a readiness figure mean something.
Set up
We use your yacht's paperwork to build her systems, set her operational status, and draft the acceptance criteria she will be judged against.
Review
We meet to walk through the set up together, resolve whatever is missing, and agree the acceptance criteria for your yacht.
Handover
The set up period closes and she moves to ongoing management. Take the ongoing services and we keep the picture of her complete from there.
Onboarding, voyage readiness planning and ongoing support
We offer full management services: set up, annual voyage planning, ongoing updates of your yacht’s data, and a concierge service.

The questions owners actually ask
Typically two to three weeks from the day we get her paperwork. Most of that is us, not you: modelling her systems, reading her documents and agreeing the thresholds with you and your captain.
No. We work from her manuals, certificates, survey reports and specifications. A visit helps and we are happy to make one, but it is not required to get you running.
Whatever paperwork exists, however disorganised: the build spec, manuals, certificates, the last survey, recent invoices. If it is a shoebox and three email threads, that is normal and we will work with it.
No. A spreadsheet is a head start, not an obstacle — it tells us what you already care about. We use it as a source during onboarding rather than asking you to retype anything.
We build it. The template library covers 185+ system types, and anything missing gets modelled during onboarding and added — which means the next owner with that system benefits too.
Checks are worked on the phone and sync when you next have a signal.
Everyone who needs to, with their own login. Who can see what, and who is allowed to sign off a check, is set by you.
Nothing leaves with them. Every reading, service and decision is attached to the boat rather than to the person who recorded it, so the next captain starts with the whole picture instead of a handover conversation.
It has to save them time or it will not last, so onboarding includes working through it with whoever runs her. In practice the checklists replace paperwork they were already doing by hand.
